Return Period
Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date the order is delivered.
Any return request made after this period will not be accepted.
Security Red Tag Requirement
All CREW FTS garments are delivered with a security red tag attached.
If the security tag has been removed, cut, damaged, or altered, the return will not be accepted.
This policy applies strictly, with no exceptions.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn and unwashed
Be in original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
The first return is free of charge
Any additional return requests may be charged to the customer
Free return shipping applies only if the return follows all policy conditions.
Limited Stock & Size Availability
CREW FTS products are released in limited quantities and will not be restocked.
For this reason:
We do not guarantee size availability for exchanges
Customers are strongly advised to review the size charts carefully before placing an order
If the requested size is unavailable, the return will be handled according to the applicable return method.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
