SHIPPING COSTS & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

• Free standard shipping on all orders over €100
• Orders below €100 are charged standard shipping rates
• Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are fully covered by CREW FTS
• All shipping costs are displayed clearly before checkout
• Free-shipping promotions apply only when explicitly stated

• Orders shipped within Greece and the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties
• Any applicable taxes or duties for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer

CREW FTS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Strikes or force majeure events
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
