At CREW FTS, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours, regardless of whether they are placed on weekdays or weekends.

During high-demand periods such as product drops or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within Greece through our partnered courier services.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery usually within 3–5 business days

Next Day Delivery:

Delivery on the next business day (where supported by the courier).

The cost for next day delivery is €14.40 for all orders, regardless of order value. 

Shipping Costs & Cash on Delivery

Free standard shipping on all orders over €100

For orders under €100, standard shipping costs apply and are shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are fully covered by CREW FTS

Shipping costs are always displayed before completing the purchase

Any free-shipping promotions apply only when explicitly stated.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery at any time.

Delays & Responsibility 

CREW FTS is not responsible for delays caused by:

courier companies

weather conditions

strikes

force majeure events

incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
